As an educator, counselor-in-training, and Instructional Support & Leadership Trainer, I’ve had the privilege of supporting school administrators in both public and private settings. This includes providing guidance, resources, and training that strengthen campus-wide systems of care. I understand how deeply school leadership shapes everything from classroom culture to student success. That’s why Saker Education exists not just for teachers, but for the administrators and leaders who carry the vision, hold the weight, and guide the mission.

With over 20 years of experience in education, including leadership in public, charter, and faith-based schools, I bring both heart and strategy to the table. I currently serve as a teacher and marketing director at Houston Adventist Academy, and I’m passionate about empowering educators to thrive and serve from a place of wholeness.
I currently hold a TX Generalist Certification with Bilingual Certification, an NAD teaching certificate with Counseling and Guidance endorsements, and am certified in Psychological First Aid. I'm also completing my Master’s in Christian Counseling at Houston Christian University.
Through my work in multilingual programs, classroom teaching, and professional development leadership, I’ve come to see the urgent need for faith-rooted, healing-centered support in education.
